OUR COMMITMENTS

After having challenged the codes of the hotel industry, it seemed natural to us to also change its habits and methods.

Alongside our highly committed partners, we are determined to take a step forward every day. Every day, we're multiplying our actions, big and small, to limit the carbon footprint of all of us.

A step further every day

AT Ginto

WE'RE ALL
ABOUT THE
of the local

To cut a long story short, 85% of our products come from local suppliers. Paradise beer (so aptly named!) from the Saint-Ouen brewery, Hey Honey from Boran-sur-Oise or Colas and Parimonades from the Limonaderie de Paris.

We love the charm and personality of our neighborhoods, getting to know our producers and suppliers, and really working together.

It's a desire and a very lasting commitment, as much as a guarantee of quality and conviviality for our customers.

Responsible
But never wise

Our beloved
local suppliers

Pétrin Couchette

Saint-Louis Court

Pétrin Couchette is the bread counter that opened in Noailles. On the menu of this hybrid place, good bread made from ancient wheat and natural sourdough.

La Tisserie Coffee

Made in Marseille

La Tisserie acts as a link between producers and consumers, offers products made by ESATs, promotes local artisans by offering them the opportunity to set up a stand in the torrefaction, and is gradually developing various initiatives to promote equal opportunities in Marseille.

At Ginto, the emphasis is on fresh, high-quality, homemade products. It's much more than a breakfast, it's a warm moment where local roots are in the spotlight. Every morning, you'll find granola and chilled snacks : all generously prepared by our team.

Designed hand in hand with Dorothée Delaye and the Ginto team, the Provençal prints designed by the Elitis company are tailor-made for our Amista hotel. As a tribute to the origins of Marseille, welcoming pigments from the East and Asia and specializing in the production of printed and quilted fabrics in the 18th century.
We bring together these dazzling colors, with Provençal and Indian motifs.
Elitis brings us its vision of creation and metamorphosis, to deliver all the poetry of the world on wallpaper.
